Neal has worked and toured with Robbie Williams, Amy Shark, Sarah Blasko, Sophie Lowe, Jack Ladder and The Dreamlanders, Sally Seltmann, Sarah Belkner, Lovers Electric, Grafton Primary, Marcia Hines, Abby Dobson, and Ginger and the Ghost. He wrote and recorded with PVT for their album "O Soundtrack My Heart".
Neal has teamed up with a succesion of international and Australian musicians, writing songs with the likes of Megan Washington, Josh Pyke, Wayne Connelly, Andy Bull, Julian Hamilton (one half of the Presets), Tim Anderson (Mr Little Jeans, Dizzee Rascal), Sophie Lowe, Ayla, Ella Fence, Rose Villain (NYC), Lili N (Italy), Yorke, Iluka, Nussy, Black River Bell, Elliott, Aston, and many more.
He has been the Musical Director for Sarah Blasko, Sophie Lowe, Marcia Hines and Jessica O’Donoghue. He is also a member of Jack Ladder and The Dreamlanders involving indie music royalty: Kirin J Callinan, Donny Benet, and Laurence Pike (PVT).

Neal has now fully turned his attention to producing records and songs, both remotely and in person.
